Privacy and Cookie Policy

The following is the privacy policy of Keith B. French Law, PLLC, hereinafter (“the Firm”). Unless otherwise indicated, the Firm’s attorneys do not claim to be certified by any legal board or entity in the areas of practice listed on their biographies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Firm and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents and the assigns of same, from and against any and all loss, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), claims, damages and liabilities related to or associated with your use of the web site and any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you.

The Firm is committed to protecting your privacy.  Keith B. French Law want you to know how the Firm uses information gathered from this site.  

  • The Firm may collect personal and non-personal identification information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit the site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources Keith B. French Law make available on the site. 
  • The Firm will not share or sell the information collected for commercial purposes. Keith B. French Law may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with the business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers in order to improve the customer service and personalize customer experience.
  • Keith B. French Law do not give out individual information such as telephone numbers, addresses, screen names, or e-mail addresses, unless specifically authorized to do so or compelled by valid court order or other process.
  • Our web site may contain links that enable you to visit other sites.  Once you have used these links to leave the site, Keith B. French Law do not have any control over the sites you visit (even if the Firm link to them), and cannot be responsible for the protection or privacy of information you may provide while visiting those sites.
